Ethereum Based Upcoming NFT Art Project

Hey guys, today we have an exciting art project to take a look at. TREASURY is an upcoming art NFT project, soon to be minting onto the Ethereum blockchain. The collection of 7500 NFTs are each intricately crafted unique 3D models — inspired from real famous statues and models created throughout the ages. Best of all, the project is created by an experienced and doxxed team.

Who is Behind the Project?

The founder of the project is Wolfe von Lenkiewicz. Wolfe is a British artist, with German and Polish heritage. Specialising in re-configuring and repainting famous scenes from Art history — recreating them with his signature twist, transforming the artwork and providing a fresh and unique perspective.
von Wolfe has been exhibited at many famous galleries across the globe, from the United States to Russia — with his most recent being at the Saatchi Gallery.
More recently he has turned his hand to crafting some 3D sculptures, both in the real world and also digitally in the case of Treasury. Wolfe is a highly skilled and capable artist with an excellent track record.

About the Collection

The Treasury NFT project prides itself on being an art-focused project. 7500 NFTs created by real-world artists for our enjoyment on Ethereum.
The project seems to be created in a rather complex way — supposedly by taking 3D scans of world-renowned historical artworks and objects. Combined with digital sculpting the team are then able to create unique objects that are assembled from a vast pool of over 100 complex and varying dynamic traits.
Each artwork is a glorious, high-fidelity 3D masterpiece. Carefully designed around a central symmetrical axis that views perfectly from any angle. All of the artwork in the collection revolves around picture perfection from any perspective, creating a consistent and sophisticated aesthetic, all the way down to each minute detail.

The artwork itself is fantastic. Each is a striking piece that is viewable in 3D. Drawing from over 100 traits can create some pretty wild objects. The pictures on this report don’t do the project justice — the final artworks are so detailed in their original forms that zooming in on surfaces can sometimes reveal a luster and patina that you may have perhaps missed before. The artwork is created to an exceptional standard.

What about the utility?

This is an art project before anything else. von Wolfe is an established artist, he creates high-quality works that are appreciated around the globe. Wolfe doesn’t need to make false promises, the lack of utility is crystal clear — you are buying a unique piece of artwork.
However, in addition to the fine art the team will be launching an educational series for Treasury holders. The aim of this series is to educate holders about various topics within art history and how we can apply these teachings to Web3 — the series is said to feature specially curated guest speakers and more!
In addition — Wolfe has previously displayed artwork at many exhibitions. Carrying on with this tradition, Treasury is made to be appreciated, as such shows of select Treasury works are planned around Europe, expect collaborations and more exciting things to come!

Road Map

This is an art project with a minute Road Map — the team are transparent about this though and provide some supplementary information of what to expect before and after the mint.

Preparation for Launch

In this time, the team shall be working with partners on the development of the live educational series that will begin post-mint for TREASURY holders. The team will cover topics on art history and its relevance to web3 — it will be an inspirational and varied programme with curated guest speakers.

Post Launch

After launching, the focus shall be on building the brand of TREASURY and the team aim to expand TREASURY provenance through curatorial reach of the works with physical large-scale screen events in both the NFT space and contemporary art world. The team will create a series of full-scale shows of selected works from the TREASURY project with partners in spectacular locations in central London, as well as Rome and New York locations. They will collaborate with selected prestigious brands, along with other plans that will be shared further down the line of development.

• Twitter — 20.6k followers | Joined September 2021 — Medium Twitter account. Account has been around for about a year, with some intermittent tweets with project updates. Tweet engagement is pretty average with some performing well.
• Discord — 40.2k Members | 3.9k Online — Little verification on entry. Simple click to enter and rule acceptance. No bots. No shilling channels. Despite the servers size the chat is pretty slow.
• Instagram — 8.1k Followers | 39 posts — A lot of decent artwork sneak peeks are available. It’s a nice resource if you’d like to see some of the variation available. Posts get low to average engagement.

Conclusion

The project has created some really cool artworks using a new concept. The idea of scanning some famous 3D objects and statues, refining the pieces down to their core traits and combining these traits into generative art is unique.

The artwork has been executed effectively and all of the previews so far look like ancient artifacts brought forth to the blockchain. The level of detail is second to none.

It’s hard to pick faults with this project — the few things I could say are that the Discord could do with better security — there isn’t really any solid verification on entry to stop bots. Secondly, there are little updates made on Twitter — it seems tweets are not made all that often.

Overall, a unique project created by a doxxed and highly credible team. The artwork speaks for itself and is a reflection of the teams talent. If given the opportunity this could be a good project to mint. Follow it closely and watch it on the lead up to the mint date. Treasury could be making moves!
